Holmston Out of Skool Club

We are a charity-run childcare setting in Ayr. We provide childcare for ages 4-16 years. 

We provide breakfast club and after-school care for Holmston and Grammar Primary Schools. 

Holiday clubs are available for Easter, Summer and October holidays. This is open to all school-age children, not restricted to the above schools.

 Enrolment to club: 

 A registration pack must be completed & returned prior to the child attending their first session.

 Hours are:

 Breakfast club 07:45 to 09:00.

After school 15:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday, 15:00 to 17:30 Friday.

 Holiday clubs 08:30 to 17:30.

Costs are £6.25 for breakfast club (including breakfast and walking bus to school) and £15.00 for after school club (including pick up from school and snack). 

We issue bookings monthly in advance via an email link; you will then receive an automated email confirmation of days booked for your files..

Holiday clubs are £25 per day, all days booked must be paid for, even if your child does not attend club on any given day. 

Holiday care days are not transferable as we need to staff these well in advance to suit ratios.

Cancellations of sessions

Term time Bookings

We require 5 working days’ notice for cancellations and amendments, with a confirmed space at the club. You are entitled to 3 per school year. This must be done directly via the email address: holmstonoutofskoolclub@gmail.com

Holiday Clubs & In-Service Clubs

Refund Rule: All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once booked, you cannot change the date or get your money back.

Confirmation: The digital receipt you receive after submitting the form counts as your official booking confirmation.

We open all the major holidays however will consider short breaks such as February and in-service days dependant on the needs of our service users.
